Malar, goruchikkudukaya is one of my favorite beans..Usually I cook it with tomatoes or make poriyal..You inspire me to cook and post my versions now..

Ho,this is a unique poriyal coz i didnt even dream about a spicy thing with kothamara,as we call it Malar.Looks so spicy.esp with sesame seeds and all,what a taste that is goin to be.Kothamara in itself is a diff flavour to tell.apart from sambar,i rarely use them at my kitchen.lemme see this.thanks dear.
