To be really honest…I didn’t aim for this kind of soup:( What I was hoping for is that signature-trade mark, Indianized ‘Hot and Sour Soup’ that we get in restaurants, back home! I am big fan of Indo-Chinese concoctions, they are simply out of this world…with just 4-5 basic Chinese ingredients, they whip endless variations!!! It looks like, sometimes I miss home…coz’ of that special food!! Anyhow…I tried to recreate the same, today. Hmmm, wasn’t very successful…but am positive, that I will perfect it in near future. Till then, enjoy this real Chinese flavor:)
