Mulli Karaari / Red Radish Stir-Fry

You know what? Its not that am busy or anything, but kind of love easy fix recipes. It really makes my day. I don’t have to toil around and yearn for appreciation:) And moreover, whenever…I pay least attention to what I whip, it turns out good!!! So, there you go…

Ingredients:

Small red radish – 1 bag
Garlic 5 cloves, crushed along with skin
Salt
Turmeric 1 pinch
Chili powder 1/ 2 spoon
Curry leaves few
Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
Cumin seeds 1/4 spoon
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Oil few spoons.

Method:

Dice the radish and set aside.

In a wide wok, heat oil and add the whole spices and wait till they splutter.

Followed by garlic and curry leaves. Then radish, salt, turmeric and chili powder.

Cover and cook briefly or till tender, and remove the lid and stir-fry over high for few minutes.

Serve warm to go with your roti or rice.
