Its an instant blast for any surprise party..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;prawns pakoda..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;prawns (shelled and deveined, not precooked. you get uncooked shelled ones in a pack in US.) 500gms&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;gram flour(  kadalai maavu) 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;salt 1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;pepper powder -1/2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;turmeric powder-1/4 tsp&lt;br /&gt;chilly powder-1/4 tsp&lt;br /&gt;curry leaves-3-6 leaves&lt;br /&gt;asafoetida-1/2 pinch&lt;br /&gt;rice flour- 1tsp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;stink free cleaning method:&lt;br /&gt;(applicable to any seafood)&lt;br /&gt;100% success&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;after cleaning any seafood, wash them once in water then drain&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;add the following,mix well and soak them for 15 mins&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;salt 1/2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;turmeric powder 1/2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;pepper 1/2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;coconut oil 2 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;lime juice- 2-4 tsp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then wash the seafood and add the masala you wish. you seafood will taste and smell good!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;make a batter with the ingredients like for bhaji and dip the prawns and fry till crispy ( 2 mins each side). drain in kitchen towel and enjoy with ketchup or mint chutney...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;enjoy!!!]]></description>
