Mixed Vegetable Salad – Desi Style

Ingredients 1/2 radish 1 carrot 1 purple onion 1/2 cucumber 100 gm cabbage 3-5 green chilies salt lemon juice cilantro leaves mint leaves spring onions Method Slice and shred the vegetables and add salt to it. Mix well and squeeze few spoons of lemon juice. Serve to go with your meals.
