Malar-bought the BS and some tandoori masala.Made it with potatoes ans capsicum and some pine nuts-it turned out really well.You might want to try it next time.The masala has way tooooooo much colour and with the butter-it was quite an unhealthy recipe

we rarely find BS here but i like the taste, i find it slightly nutty here , they give a perfect bite………a recipe is waiting in my drafts.

I’ve never loved brussels sprouts neither but your preparation looks hot, varuval type and semi-dry and richly spiced, no wonder it was a hit nice creation !
