It’s a nice one, I must try it out. By chance do you know of “keema idly”, here in NJ, one of the restaurant Saravana Bhaban, makes a very nice one.

I have never eaten idli fry but my brother says it is very tasty,once I heated up some pure ghee added kashmiri chilli powder to the ghee stirred it up, switched off the flame and soaked a piece of idli in this pure ghee, it was heaven.
