Ingredients
- 1 cup black urid dal
- 1 cup flax seeds
- 10-15 dry red chilies
- 5 twigs curry leaves
- 2 Tsp peppercorn
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp asafoetida
Method
Dry toast all the above mentioned ingredients, each separately and blend them together! Now, serve this enriched podi along with sesame oil for steamed idly or dosa. Enjoy.
