this is fantastic..had tried naan long ago, but it came out kadak!!

This little Indian bread right here is the best ( in my opinion) of all breads! Pictures look delish, have to try the baking soda in mine!

I have never ever had naan as we do not have an ethnic population here that would support such a food good, so I have only read of naan. Now that I see your recipe, I will eat naan! I will maybe try this this coming weekend. Thank you for sharing this.
