		<description><![CDATA[Never knew they made idli like this.&lt;br /&gt;Wonder how many times they would have to steam to make these gaint size idlis??? &lt;br /&gt;I make idlis with the cloth on the plate and never use oil over the plate, maybe I am old fashioned but idlis turn out very soft and fluffy this way....good food does not come easy.]]></description>
