First of all, I agree with your opinion.:)

If you read my entire post,… I have mentioned that Indian food is progressing in the West…in the recent years.

However, our other regional cuisines and specialties like Anjappar, Saravana Bhavan, Chettinad cuisines are still limited to only big cities.

Since many of my American friends (Southerners) kept asking me the same question…I thought, let me do an article about it. :)

Punjabi food anymore, Vatan serves Gujarati and kathiaywadi, swarna bhuvan and famous restuarants serve Authentic south Indian food too. Specially in East coast and west coast you find more variations in food then any other places in US. That’s my view.
