Nice post. Thanks for visiting me. Baking is science to me, not that much of an art. If you start with baking cakes with mix, then slowly start doctoring the recipes, you’ll know the science of it and then it is a breeze to bake scratch cakes. It is important to try good recipes in the beginning so that you don’t lose interest if it fails. Good recipe will hold up just fine as long as you’ve measured the ingredients properly. You have a nice collection here.
