Rava with idly batter quite different one wat i used to prepare usually, my mom used to make with rava n sour buttermilk, nice idea of adding idly batter Malar..

I was in a hostel for 10 years, and I know something of your feeling regarding the food. Didn’t like it so much at that time, but I am still serching the recipes for some of the food I used to eat there.
I am sure your Idlis are definitely not comparable with those from the hostel, are they? It looks yummy, I don’t have a grinder here, so unfortunately, I can’t do it.

I always do it with MTR instant mix,never tried like this,will sure give it a try

I enjoy idli but I only know one restaurant near me which serves them – and they also do the most divine masala dosa so I always have that instead!! Maybe I will be brave and try making my own
