		<description><![CDATA[hey try this soup&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    * 10 Carrots&lt;br /&gt;    * 3 Zucchini&lt;br /&gt;    * 1 Celery&lt;br /&gt;    * 2 Onions&lt;br /&gt;    * 2 Tinned tomatos&lt;br /&gt;    * 2 cups Vegtable stock&lt;br /&gt;    * 2 cups Beef stock&lt;br /&gt;    * pinch Pinch of mixed herbs&lt;br /&gt;    * pinch salt and pepper&lt;br /&gt;    * dash soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;    * dash worchestershire sauce&lt;br /&gt;    * 1 tablespoon olive oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Instructions&lt;br /&gt;Dice the carrots, zucchini and celery. Chop the onions. Brown the onions in large pot (I use a 10 litre one ad often make a double batch as it freezes perfectly) with oil. Place all the herbs, choppped vegetables, tomatos and stock in the pot. Bring to the boil and then simmer for about 90 minutes. Delicious on a cold winter day.]]></description>
