This looks and sounds so delicious! We use the same kind of puff skillet in Thailand to make some food that similar to this, I can’t wait to try your version but I don’t know where I can find that puff skillet in the U.S.!

Peanutts, Hmmm I wish I could say that...but idly is steamed one..whereas these are done directly on hot pan, so how do you name it?!
