Nice and simple recipe, sound yummy. I’m not personally very fond of using peanuts a lot in cooking, they are not the most healthy you know… Do you think that the proiyal wud taste jus as good if they can be substituted with anything else, like fried channa dal (kadalai paruppu)? I’m planning to try to make it with Idli podi :) , shall let you know how it turned out…

The Radish/beets with the greens on are always a feast to my eyes. I get only a few leaves here, so mix it with other greens and cook:(
Cooking it with groundnut is new to me .. But I m sure ammas method is perfect . Noted the recipe dear.
