Dear Malar
I like this one. I make it , the normal Orissa or bong way...I shall use the southern tempering..I love it..Few days back I tried the southern tempering in baked ( smoked ) brinjal...one tbsp of grated and roasted coconut in it, was bit out of place ha ha ,,but OK.
I feel good that you are here with your near and dear ones.
