I use to do Egg.kothu parotta..never tried with vegetable.

Myhubby always likes this item at Saravana bhavan.Goign to try it at home sure.

Nice way to use up some veggies that I have lying around in the refrigerator.In my house I don’t usually ask what the others want,I make things that I know they would enjoy.If given a choice they would ask for things that I am not in a mood to make.My motto is being the chef I get the right to choose what to cook.;)

malar you made me hungry now…these parottas looks more tempting n i like the addition of veggies…really makes it fulfilling…hmmm..we should give them choice,then it will be on discussion for some hrs…so i use to make it to my wish n as u said its a “Surprise” i enjoyed reading with laughter…sometimes it happens…
