Gosh...you got a gift! Probably you should start writing! 		<description><![CDATA[hi malar...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;you can do the same way for kuzhi paniyaram.actually in kerala my granny does it in another fashion,but she nevers speaks about her cooking recipes...meany!!But my mother in law does this at times..but i love the savoury kuzhi paniyaram...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i thought i could share it with you...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;here you go:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dosa batter  2 cups&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;( made by wet grinding 4 cups idly rice with 1 cup urid dhal, ferment for 6-8 hours.remove and refrigerate)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tempering: each 1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;mustard&lt;br /&gt;urid dhal&lt;br /&gt;jeerakam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;green chillies 2 chopped finely&lt;br /&gt;ginger 1/2&quot; pc chopped finely&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;curry leaves 8-10 leaves&lt;br /&gt;coriander leaves 8-10 leaves&lt;br /&gt;asafoetida 1/2 pinch&lt;br /&gt;salt as per taste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;add all these in the thalikara karandi(tempering spoon) and add it to the batter. let it sit for 20 mins. heat the paniyaram pan. and pour the batter  3/4 th in each holder. top it with oil if you llike. flip each side after every 2 mins or when a golden crisp coat forms.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;enjoy with pottu kadalai chutney..&lt;br /&gt;this is comfort food!! my husband loves this with a cup of simmering chai!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oooh...it feels like heaven...!!&lt;br /&gt;summa thooki podum paaru....!! hehe&lt;br /&gt; enjoy!&lt;br /&gt;BON APPETITE!!]]></description>
