Kebab – Taking only one bite at a time!

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat – cooked (about a cup)
  • salt
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1″ ginger – grated
  • 1 shallot chopped (optional, I didn’t use it)
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • cilantro few – chopped
  • mint, maybe a little
  • 1 pinch garam masala
  • 1 Tsp corn / besan flour
  • oIl for shallow frying

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together, except oil…of course! Now, divide them into equal sized ping-pong sized balls. Then, fry them up in smoky hot oil till golden to reddish brown. Serve as an appetizers or as a snack. Either way its an fantastic idea! Enjoy.
