Eating a breakfast on a Sunday could be the most relaxing thing to some of us. So, I generally plan ahead for fuzz-free easy to whip kind of one. When you have fresh berries handy, there is no second thought to it.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pancake flour
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cube of butter
Method
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients (except butter). Now, heat up the griddle. Add a slice of butter and make a thick or think pancake (as you would prefer), flip and cook to the other side. Serve warm with maple syrup or honey. Enjoy.
