Shrimps Manchurian – Restaurant Style

Also Known As Indo-Chinese Style Chili Prawns. Iral Manchoorian.
Ingredients:
- Shrimps 15-25
- Lemon Juice – freshy sequeezed from 1 fruit
- Salt as per taste
- Chili powder
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Peanut oil – for deep fying
For Sauce:
- MSG a pinch
- Green chilies 1 chopped
- Shallots 2-3 chopped
- Garlic 1 head, chopped
- Green onions, chopped
- Tomato ketchup 1 table spoon
- Soy sauce few spoons
- Oil few spoons
Method:
- Marinate shrimps with all the ingredients said above, except oil.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan. When it is smoky hot….fry few of the marinated shrimps. Fry till its crisp.
- Then, heat up the separate pan and add oil. Further add all the sauce ingredients to it and allow this to thicken.
- Toss the fried shrimps to it and wait till it coats to all the sides.
- Serve along with fried rice.
