Crepes – Filled With Love

Crepes – Filled With Love

Make a wish! …and, wait for it!

Do dreams come true??

When my little one kept raving about how her best friend’s Chelsea’s Dad came to school on an International Day (representing — France) and prepared the bestest and bestest of crepes for everyone in her class!

She kept saying that for a whole year! Which made us to decide to take her to France for the summer!

Here is my take on the crepes:

1 large egg

1/4 cup milk

1 Tsp all purpose flour

1 pinch baking soda

1 tsp granulated sugar

1-2 drops vanilla essence

butter a bit to smear

Strawberries to go on the side

powdered sugar to drizzle

chocolate syrup to drizzle

Method

Beat an egg, milk, essence, sugar and baking soda together until frothy. Add a Tsp of flour and continue beating! Once it foamy enough…heat up a griddle, add butter and make think crepe. Cook over low-medium heat!

Once it is done, serve it on a plate, drizzle sugar powder, chocolate syrup and sliced strawberries! Viola.
