Gobi Karaari

Also Known As: Cauliflower Varuval. Cauliflower Spicy Fry.
Ingredients:Carolina Cooking 46
  • Cauliflower, florets
  • Salt
  • Turmeric power 1/4 spoon
  • Chili powder 1/2 spoon
  • Chaat masala 1/4 spoon
  • Oil few spoons
  • Lemon juice 1 spoon.

Method:

  1. Steam cook cauliflower for about 7-10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a wide wok. Add semi-done florets and stir-fry for few minutes.
  3. Add salt, turmeric, chili and chat masala powder. Let the these powders coat well.
  4. When the vegetable id done, add lemon juice and remove from heat.
  5. Can be treated as side dish for South or North Indian Meals.
