I always admired ‘Kaju Kathli Rolls’ & ‘Anjer Rolls’. They come in neat pop-in size. Any candy that is of pop-in size, I luv it. I used to wonder which creative person is behind these, Halwa Candies! An artist would have carved them into Guava, Strawberry, Apples, Oranges, Pears, Lemons, Mangoes…..Stared at the creation, several times! Never thought of making them all by myself….until last Diwali. As usual, I intended to do ‘Halwa’. Later was replaying the idea of Candies in my mind. So prepared 3 types of Halwas, all little little, about each a cup. Then made them into these yummy bite-size cuties.
Ingredients & Method:
Cashewnut Halwa 1 cup (White Color & Red Color)
Almond Halwa 1 cup (Yellow Color)
Pista Halwa 1 cup (Green Color)
