- Select a mature coconut without any cracks.
- Break the coconut shell on a hard stone or use a corkscrew to do the job.
- Well, you could save the coconut water for other culinary uses or just drink it off right away like me:)
- Now, grate the coconut pulp (white matter) without going deep until the shell. We don’t want that brown matter to be scraped!
- Put them in a blender and blend with very little water to fine puree.
- That’s it, voila…you did it.
- To voluminize the liquid…you can always add water or that left over coconut water:)
