Inji-Milagai Oorugai

Simple Ginger-Chili Pickle:

Adharak Ki Achaar/ Inji Oorughai/ Allam Oorughai.

Ingredients:

Ginger peeled and chopped to thin sticks 1 cup
Green chilies thinly chopped like sticks 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 cup/Vinegar
Salt as required

Method:

In a ceramic jar add all the above said items and mix well. Cover with air tight lid. Maybe for about a weak.

Serve this along with fried rice or noodles.
