Kebab – Taking only one bite at a time!

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Minced meat – cooked (about a cup)
- salt
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1″ ginger – grated
- 1 shallot chopped (optional, I didn’t use it)
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- cilantro few – chopped
- mint, maybe a little
- 1 pinch garam masala
- 1 Tsp corn / besan flour
- oIl for shallow frying
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together, except oil…of course! Now, divide them into equal sized ping-pong sized balls. Then, fry them up in smoky hot oil till golden to reddish brown. Serve as an appetizers or as a snack. Either way its an fantastic idea! Enjoy.
