Stay with me during this hard time
Dear friends and readers,
I have seen enough plagiarism in my blog life! Generally it would be a food picture or some recipe content that would have been cropped or duplicated. But this is different, totally mind blowing, un ethical…he has done without conscience. Every 3 months once…either my fellow blogger or myself are affected. This has become so common like ‘flu’ these days. From the top reputed websites to budding new amateurs…steal our hard work.
But this is not like any other blog plagiarism…its totally devastating! This particular blog has stole my entire BLOG. Thats right, my entire four and half years hard work! Believe it or not, friends…my entire blog has been copied and published there. Yes, along with my copyright inscriptions,on the top…what to say! Hmmm, in spite of all those ‘no right click option’! I am blogging since 2005…he has reproduced my whole content since 2005.
I am broke…its really frustrating! I have no clue how to react! There is no access to her ‘about me’ section…nor an access to ‘flag’ this blog. Please help me. I have also complained to google! Friends I need your support and advise. Anything that helps to retrieve my good work, is greatly appreciated.

It has come to my attention that one’ have made an unauthorized use of my copyrighted work from this blogpost of mine http://kitchentantra.com. Since, 2005. I have reserved all rights in the work, which was first published in 2005 on http://spiceroot.blogspot.com. (my blogspot’s old adress, before I switched to .com)
And it appears on the blog http://www.hot-kitchen.blogspot.com/, is essentially identical to the work and clearly used the work as its basis.
One neither asked for nor received permission to use the work as the basis for her work nor to make or distribute copies of it. Therefore, I believe one’ have willfully infringed my rights under 17 USC Section 101, et seq. and could be liable for statutory damages.
I demand that one’ immediately cease the use and distribution of all infringing works derived from my work, and all copies of it, and that you desist from this or any other infringement of my rights in the future.
In addition one’ have to apoligize for infringing my copyrighted photographs, for the damages I incurred for the time period these pages have been displayed without permission.
If I have not received an affirmative response from you within two days, indicating that you have fully complied with these requirements, I shall consider taking the full legal remedies available to rectify this situation.
I Thank you all for the support, advise and standing up against this problem.
Oh Malar,this is ridiculous..I have never seen such a thing happening..But I see pics from other blogs too their..like from Valli’s n all..yeah..I am in to complaint ,with you..chin up gal..:)
Malar, I was really shocked on seeing this blog…it was simply outrageous…she had copied even the watermarked pictures….very shameful! I have also reported this blog as spam..let’s wait and see if she removes her blog..take care dear…dont get frustrated because of this..cheers.

Stole your whole blog! This person is seriously a hard crazy fellow! He/she even stole pictures with copyright watermarks on them including a video made by Srivalli! Don’t worry, we’ll request Google to remove the blog!

I recently had a brush with a plagiarist who stole one of my pictures and recipe and was so livid! This person that you are dealing with is a psycho for sure. Has whole blogs in her repertoire with pictures showing watermarks and copyright! We have to ban these kind of people with no conscience or ethics. Am with you (as would the rest of the legit blogging world)

Hi Malar, I know how you feel about it..I only got so angry seeing it. Copying and that too with copyright marks! I wonder if he/she even understands the meaning of copyright!
I have messaged her and even reported that blog as spam. If everyone does it, that blog will be removed. Lets all try our best! cheer up girl…

This is simply outrageous. Just a suggestion. Can you remove the hyperlinks to the blog and just leave the text there so there won’t be unnecessary traffic to her site.

This is absolute dirty tricks and I think you really should do something about it and go after the culprit. This person seems to have no ethical values or integrity and I am really sorry for your anguish.

Hey Malar, I appreciate that CID work you have done to expose the time lag and fishy time gap. Isn’t it funny that the fishy blogger got the original post even before that woman published it in her own blog…ha ha ha..

Oh poor dear… this is unforgivable.! I saw the site, she has copied picutures with your copyright.. is she out of mind to do such an act?! I’v reported to google blogger too! Hope they would help us remove that dear!!

Dear Malar,
Don’t stop posting your recipes. That blog looks very much fake and quite evident of duplicacy from the pictures which has stamp of other blogs.
Cheer up and dont get de-motivated.
Its my intuition that the person, whoever he/she is, probably keeps a record of all copied recipes from here and there and stores it online rather than maintaiing it somewhere offline.
That should not stop you from posting your authentic recipes on your blog.
Your recipes and your blog stamp is itself an achievement by itself.
Google might or mightnot do anything about it. That should not be an discouragement.
We all know your talent. And this is very much evident from the comments you recieve on each and every recipe you post.
Dont concentrate on the fake blog where nobody even drops by.

A clear case. Copy cats are plenty these days and you are fighting for a good cause. Even if the site is deleted you can find the content from Google cashe. Wishing you all the best in your efforts.
