Last year, around the same time…I was like a python who ate a Bison! With full blown pregnancy…counting my big day…I drove to this nearest hospital to check out what they had in their cafeteria.
I heard from behind ‘Indian’? from a strange (equally Indian looking) lady!
‘Yep’.
The next question came straight ‘Doctor’?
‘I wish’ or ‘My parents wished’ hehe…I smiled nervously. She couldn’t take the joke!
So, wasn’t it obvious…the way I look? Why am I even in the Hospital?!
Apparently…I had to eat what she thought was good to me, that day! For the person who already hate hospital food, it was too much! And, as a matter of fact…the Sandwich was horrible.
So, during the next follow up check ups…I ran into her couple of more times (Gosh, she works round the clock) only to explore myself…how to keep mum and practice zen, while she gossiped on and on! I kept my face straight and ate the same sandwich (I mean same flavor) 3-4 times in a row! ‘Whoa, lady hold it…enough already…I can’t take it anymore;’ was my mind voice for the whole time! However…by the time, I finished my coffee, she had had enough crap out of her! But, still with that unsatisfied look… she slipped her number to me…‘Call me, we should talk more often’.
No wonder, you all know…I stopped going there and even changed my Doctor.
