Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- salt to taste
- dash of pepper powder
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
Steam cook broccoli briefly for about 5 minutes. Then, heat up the skillet and add oil. Now, toss the broccoli, salt and pepper to it. Stir-fry for about a minute or two. Serve up. A healthy side dish ready.
