Ingredients:
Vermicelli 1 cup (roasted)
Sugar solution 1 cup
Cardamom 3 crushed
Cloves 3
Salt pinch
Food color
Ghee 1/4 cup
Cashew nuts 15
Raisins 25.
Method:
In a wide vessel, heat ghee…fry the nuts and raisins. Set aside.
In the same oil…add sugar solution, add the spices…continue boiling.
Stir-in the vermicelli, cover and cook. Once it is done, add he fried ingredients as well. Chill the same.
Serve as a dessert:)

I tried this particular Kesari while in school when my parents were away. My parents liked it a lot since Amma never tried with vermicelli. I have`nt made them again and do not know why. I going to try this again soon.
