Ingredients
- 3-4 large eggs
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp milk
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 3 green chilies, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- few tsp coconut oil
Method
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients(except oil) together. Beat them up till frothy. Heat up the skillet and smear oil, add pour-in the mixture. Cover and cook briefly. When it starts browning turn the omelette and cook on the other side.
