Banana Pancakes – Toddler’s Plan

I call this two ingredient breakfast as Toddler Plan – B. When nothing works…I sneak an egg and a banana to the batter and make things work. :)

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 11/2 tsp baking powder
  • 11/2 tsp sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 a banana – mushy
  • a cube of butter
  • maple syrup to serve

Method Bring all the ingredients together (except butter) and mix well. Now, make few thin or thick pancakes on a heated griddle. Smear them with butter and cook briefly. Serve warm along with maple syrup, Greek yogurts and bananas. Yummo. :)   Enjoy. :)
