It has recently come to my attention that my opinion about “fun” are absolute ” Non Sense”. Or at least in my little one’s mind! Don’t get me wrong; its not lack of energy or something. For a while… I considered myself as self-proclaimed fun-lover. As am more like….Jump rope, Roller coaster, Ball game…bring it on. But, when someone challenges me with high calorie food! There you go, I give up!! She said that…if I can’t eat it…its not fun making. So, to take up the sweet challenge…we churned the cookies, chocolates into the molten heaven (chocolate ice cream) and whipped up our favorite toppings and drizzled it with rainbow confetti.

Recipe

• your favorite brand chocolate ice cream
• Oreo cookies
• chocolates
• whipped cream
• chocolate syrup
• caramel syrup
• bananas
• cherries
• sprinkles
• pistachios, walnuts, cashews – grated
• raisins
• wafers

Split the banana and arrange in an ice cream bowl. Add three scoops of your favorite ice creams (usually – Vanilla, strawberry and butterscotch). Followed by whipped cream, chocolate and caramel syrups. Sprinkle some nuts, raisins etc. And, decorate with wafers, confetti and cherry. The molten heaven is ready.
