Bread Upma – Sassy Cooking

We Indians have a way of spicing up every dish we could lay our hands on. When we forget to put the magic spell on a particular dish, the rest of the world goes about and does it for us. ♥ Ever heard of Masala Maggi Noodles?
It would appear KFC is synonymous with fried chicken across the world, but its unleashing vegetable platter in India (can you believe it)! And the McDonald’s too took a holy dip in the Ganges (read it as Baptized), shunned beef n pork from its menu! Its now offering McAloo, Tikki Burger and Mac Maharaja (better known as Big Mac in America)! Needless to say, Pizza Hut has joined the bandwagon long before and its dishing out Naanza, a hybrid version Naan and Pizza; and an extremely hot Chettinad Pizza to tantalize our palates!!!
We do appreciate the eclectic flavor an International cuisine can offer! Of course…we get a kick out of knowing numerous culinary marvels of the alien recipes may radiate! But we are prude when it comes to our kitchen. Its 5000 years of time-line…India has seen countless invasions, conquerors and rulers, but very little they could do with our eating habits.

I totally go with you views, there should be no food invasion. But lot of people consider eating Pizza and burgers as social status which I totally don’t understand. Any way coming back to your recipe, lovely and delicious …
Very easy, and I also make it quite often.
