Breakfast is one thing that I deal with my non-dominant hand! I either skip it altogether or just settle with any left-overs! I have been planning to put it on the priority tabs for years! Each time, when I make myself aware of the benefits of eating a good breakfast; I make a huge: checklist of instant ingredients, stick a post-it note for alerts etc! But, you see…after couple of days…it goes back to the back-seat with apparently no reason! So, now…am all UP for Overnight oats and chia seeds! Lets see…how far I last with this! lol.
