Chicken in Chinese Sauce:
Ingredinets:
Chicken cubed 1 cup
Sesame oil 1/4 cup
Tomato sauce 1 table spoon
Soy sauce 1 spoon
Vinegar 1 spoon
Rice starch 1-2 spoons
Chili sauce 1 spoon
Chili paste 1-2 spoons
Garlic 2 clove minced
Ginger 2′ minced
Salt
Sugar
Jalapenos 2 cubed
Green bell pepper cubed
Scalion 1-2 cubed
Green onions to garnish.
Method:
Stir-fry chicken in limited oil and set aside.
Well…now in a wok, heat up oil.
Add ginger and garlic, wait till it turns aromatic.
Now add chili and tomato paste, soy and tomato sauce. Bring them to thick sauce like consistency.
Further add salt, sugar and vinegar to it. Now toss your chicken back. Cover and cook for a while.
When it is almost done, add cubed bell peppers, jalapenos, scalions and green onions to it.
Serve warm as a side dish to fried rice.
