Oh my coffee! Its part of the daily morning routine, a life force, at times…my only motivation! A piece of me floats somewhere in that foamed mug. I don’t know what I’d do without my coffee.

So, everyone I know have tried this Dalgona coffee, during this lock-down! If I am the only one…who hasn’t poured a cup for myself, it could be a great sin! So, here is my take on Dalgona coffee. My little one made this for me. That’s an additional flavor to this divine beverage.

Dalgona Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 tsp instant coffee
• 4 tsp sugar
• 4 tsp hot water
• ice cubes
• 1 cup cold milk

Method 

1. Mix sugar and coffee in a bowl. Add hot water to it and beat it using an electric whisk for at least four minutes until peak.
2. Bring cold milk in a tall glass, add ice cubes to it. Now, turn the creamy whipped coffee on the top. Enjoy.
