Roasted Chicken Kebab, Spicy Chicken Kebab, Hot Kebabs.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast 2 – skinless, cubed
Salt
Onion paste – ¼ cup
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder ½ spoon
Turmeric 1 pinch(optional)
Chili powder 1 spoon
Cilantro seeds powder 1 spoon
Pepper powder ½ spoon(optional)
Cumin seeds powder ½ spoon
All spice powder ½ spoon
Yogurts ½ cup
Lemon juice 2-4 teaspoons
Butter 4 cubes.
Method:
Marinate chicken, using all the above mentioned items, except butter. Let this stay overnight in the fridge.
Grill them in a charcoal oven for complete one and half hours. Bast them with butter in between several times, whenever you feel its necessary.
Serve warm along with lemon wedges, sliced onions and cucumbers.
