If you have been following this blog for a while, you would be very well aware of the fact that I am obsessed over mangoes! Its just more than my personal palate thing…as much as an ‘ethnic cliche’. Although, I am pretty late to figure out a way to reach the International market for these goodness, I can tell you that, I am fully committed. In fact, I took a secret oath to get there every other week! I am really thrilled with anticipation…how and when to get my hands on those other (native ) Indian produce. The reason for a failed recipe, today…is not entirely me or my obsession with the mangoes! Its actually the recipe itself!! I don’t know…what kind of an idiot (sorry folks) decided these to be made as pickles to stay there forever?? Well…as soon as I made them, there weren’t any left to be called as pickle.
