Soy Milk Coffee – Off The Hook!

Soy Milk Coffee – Off The Hook!

My Home55

Winter is here…and, wouldn’t coffee be just nice for this icy weather?! Sometimes…it provides more than empty calories, the life saving warmth. :)

So, what have I done today, may make the coffee freaks out there, bit angry! But, before I get any negative comments, I want to let you know that, am ain’t going take any responsibility for this creation! Yes, the idea came from my girl friend, who suggested that I should experiment ‘ Soy Milk Coffee’.

Not that I love to put weird ingredients in my food, everyday. But,when I do…I make sure that, someone else eats first! After all, this wasn’t that crazy at all…like ‘live octopus’ or ‘baby raccoon’ floating in your cup! Its a real recipe involving (unusual) edible stuff in your coffee.

For my brave readers (coffee drinkers)…check this out for a change. For those slightly less brave, acquire some courage and then go check it out, please.

And, the recipe goes like this: I gently heated a cup of soy milk in a kettle. Then filtered it to get rid off the beany froth, if any. Mixed a spoon full of granulated sugar and a strong decoction of my favorite coffee.  I would recommend a bold flavorful coffee, here.  Further, add few drops of vanilla essence to it.

The end result was a elixir, quite aromatic and creamy, with a hint of the sweet vanilla. It was warm and comforting. Yeah, mission accomplished. :)
