Mac n Cheese – Yummo

Also Known As: The Big Mac, Mac n Cheese. Macaroni and Cheese.
Ingredients:Macaroni Shells 1 cup
Whole Milk 2 cups
Salt to sprinkle
Butter 1 cube
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Method:
- Cook macaroni shells in water and drain.
- Now add whole milk and bring this to rolling boil.
- Always cook this over low-medium heat. The milk may split if you over-heat!
- When macaroni is done, stir-in cheese and butter. Mix them well.
- Serve up warm as a main dish.
