Maggi Noodles – Childhood In A Bowl

Maggi Noodles – Childhood In A Bowl

Maggi is my kind of Yellow Gold! Maggi is my favorite curry-flavored Magic! Maggi – literally brings back the child in me. :)

This two-minutes magic is not just the noodles. Maggi is a phenomenon!! Maggi – is Vinaithogai (Tamil) in my opinion! Oh yeah, Maggi made me happy when I was a kid, makes me happy now and it will make me happy in future!  It’s in fact, my kind of Happy Hour in a bowl. :)

Maggi — Consumer Citizenship  What is Maggi — The brand that stole millions of Indians heart! A brick of instant noodles with a hint of spice blend! The idea of cooking something yummy in 2-minutes had a great impact on people – in the 80′s – 90′s period! Where, people have been slow-cooking for centuries!! What a liberating message for women. That is why…Maggi became a comfort food for the entire generation of young urban Indians.

Maggi Noodles

 Recipe

Honestly, we never follow the instructions written on the wrap! Add a tablespoon of your native-touch-oil to the wok. Stir-in vegetables. Now, add 2 cups of water. Bring it to boil. Add the masala given in the sachet. Then, break the brick noodles and drop directly into the pot. Cook until fluffy. Transfer the contents while its still bit-liquidy to the serving bowls. Slurp slurp. :) :)
