I am not exactly pouring my heart into cooking these days, and blogging certainly took the back seat as well! Little bit tied up with my new found activities n day to day business. So, now a days…I just rush home in the evening…take the available ingredients and let the magic begin! Looks like I can’t cook without my wok. Whatever that comes handy…I throw it on the wok and stir-fry over high. And much to my delight, they always turn fabulous. I don’t know…how to thank myself for those time-saving treats:)

Green peas – fresh/frozen 1 large bowl full

Garlic 2 cloves minced
Sugar 1/4 spoon
