Onion Raitha / Vengaya Pachadi


Onion Raitha:

Piyaz Ka Raita. Vengaya Pachadi. Ulli Perugu Chutney.

Ingredients:

Onion large 3-5(purple or white)-sliced or chopped
Roma tomatoes 1 chopped
Mint leavs 10-15
Cilantro leaves few
Green chilies 3 finely chopped
Salt
Lemon juice 1-2 spoons
Fresh plain yogurts 1 bowl full.

Method:

Mix all the eabove toagahter in yogurts. Keep refridgerated for 2 hours.

Serve chilled as a side dish for pulav or biriyani.
