Pomegranate Lassi / Anar Lassi – Energize Yourself with Refreshing Drink!



Maadhulai Lassi:

Ingredients:

Organic Pomegranate 1
Sugar to taste
Cardamoms 3 – powdered
Fresh yogurts 4 cups – beaten
Whole milk about 1 cup.

Method:

Mix sugar with curd, then add milk, cardamom and pomegranate to it.

Serve chilled in tall glasses.
