Poosanikai Poriyal / Pumpkin Poriyal

Poosani Kai Poriyal:

Pumpkin Poriyal.


Orange pumpkin 4-6 slices – cubed
Dry red chilies 2
Curry leaves few
Mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
Oil few spoons.


In a wok, heat oil. Add mustards, curry leaves and chilies.

Then followed by pumpkin pieces. Saute for 2 minutes.

Salt it and cover with lid. Let it get cooked like this(without adding any water).

Remove from heat and serve warm as a side dish.
