Radish Salad / Mullangi Pachadi – Say Yes to Vegetables!

You all probably knew that am a hard-core non-vegetarian! Do you want to know the real reason, behind ‘why am turning into a vegetarian these days’?
I am a Non-Vegetarian because ‘I Love Animals’
I am a Vegetarian because ‘I hate Plants’, he he:):)
Just kidding…And, this is how I convince myself, before eating vegetables!!!
Ingredients:
Radish – white large
Ginger 2″ chopped
Chilies 3 chopped
Cilantro leaves few
Salt
Lemon juice -as per taste.
For Tempering:
Mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
Peppercorns 2
Chana-Urad dal 2 spoons
Asafoetida 1/4 spoon
Oil few spoons.
Method:
Slice the vegetables and mix them with all above mentioned ingredients.
Now temper the spices separately and run the seasoning over the salad made.
Serve chilled to go with your meals.
