Radish Thokku / Mullangi Thokku

Radish Thokku / Mullangi Thokku

Mullangi Thokku:

Daikan radish 1 cup sliced
Purple onions 2 sliced
Curry leaves few
Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
Chili powder 1 spoon
Oil few spoons
Mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
Cumin seeds 1/4 spoon
Cilantro leaves few.

In a wide wok, heat oil and add the spces, let them crackle…add curry leaves too.

Further add onions and radish…stir fry for few minutes, followed by powdered spices.

Cover and cook briefly, once they are done…add cilantro and remove from heat.

Tastes good with chappathis and rotis.
